1、默认在安装前，phpcms项目目录下面的index.html的内容是：

2、就是因为
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=./install/install.php">
这句才使得，自动跳转到./install/install.php的
3、虽然安装后，发现index.html内容变了，但是浏览器仍然还有旧版本index.html的缓存。
4、只有情况完缓存，之后才OK，对于为什么浏览器会强制缓存index.html的数据呢？meta里面不是说明了，不缓存么？为什么会这样呢？
