2、常见造成零线电流过大的电子设备

3、零线电流产生的原因

1.   The cause of zero line current occuring

根据国家标准GB17625.1-2003《电磁兼容  限值  谐波电流发射限值(设备每相输入电流≤16A)》限值要求,对以上设备谐波限值很低,造就产品3次谐波含量很大,由于3次谐波矢量方向角度一致,使用寿命次谐波向零线叠加,造成零线电流过大,。单体功率极少,单体而言,造成的危害可以忽略不计,但当相当多的单体一起使用时,零线电流大得惊人(严重时超过相线电流的两倍)

According to limit value stipulated by national standard GB17625.1-2003 “Electromagnetic compatibility--Limits--Limits for harmonic current emissions(equipment input current≤16A per phase)”, the harmonic current limit value regulated for above equipment stated under item 3 is very low, it makes the 3rd order harmonic current capacity large, also because the 3rd order harmonic current is consistent in vector, direction and angle, the working life of sub harmonic current overlay to zero line, these makes the current of zero line over flow. Power capacity of single equipment is low and we could ignore its damage, but when a great amount of equipments are used at the same time, current of zero line will be great (it will be more than twice of the phase line in serious situation).

1、零线电流消除器带来什么好处

1.   Advantage Of Zero Current Eliminator

l      能锐减零线电流90%以上,避免电缆电线过热,节能10%以上;

l      It could decrease more than 90% of the current in zero line, and save more than 10% of energy by avoiding cable or wire overheat.

l      避免零线电缆由于过电流导致的短路引起电气火灾;

l      It could avoid fire caused by short circuit while current over flow in zero line.

l      避免中性线零位飘移,使中性线对地没电压,对设备及人身安全造成隐患;

l      It could avoid zero position of neutral line drifting. If the zero position of neutral line slips, there will be no voltage between neutral line and ground, and these will cause safety loophole to equipment and human being.

l      避免谐波对精密设备的干扰(如计算机死机),产生不必要的损失;

l      It could avoid harmonic current to disturb the precision equipment and stop causing unnecessary cost(such as computer system halted)

l      避免由三次谐波对三相异步电动机产生紧箍作用,使烧坏电动机;

·                                 The 3rd order harmonic current may make locking effect to triphase asynchronous motor and burn the motor. It could avoid such damage.

l      避免零序保护误动作,消除由于误动作造成的经济损失;

l      It could avoid malfunction of zero-sequence protection, and eliminate the cost caused by malfunction.

3、接线方式

1.   Wiring connection

接线方法:零线消除器串联接法。共七根线,三进三出,零线并接,三相电首先接进零线消除器进线端,出线端/出线接负载,一根零线直接并接到系统零线。

Wiring connection: zero current eliminator is connected in series. There are seven wires, three input wire and three output wire, one zero line connected in parallel. The triphase wire should be firstly connected to input terminal of zero current eliminator, the output terminal of zero current eliminator should be connected to loading equipment, and one zero line should be connected directly to zero line of the system.
